Are one of the most widely used field instruments for the measurement of temperature in process industries. In this category, we are featuring RTD and thermocouple assemblies with various constructional and design varieties as follows:
- Series 1XX – In his category, you can find inserts that can be used for retrofit applications, or applications such as bearing temperature, skin temperature, or for use inside an existing thermowell.
- Series 3XX, 4XX, 5XX – RTD thermocouple with Drilled bar stock thermowell. In this category, we feature the most popularly installed assemblies in a majority of process plants. The thermowell can either be threaded, flanged, or with the weld-in process connection. These are supplied by us in a variety of materials starting from alloy steels, Stainless Steels, to exotic grades in Nickel alloys, Cobalt alloys, and sintered or recrystallized grades. All thermowells are designed for mechanical strength as per ASME PTC 19.3 code to the latest edition.
- Series 6XX – RTD Thermocouples assemblies with built-up thermowell. In this category, we offer assemblies with thermowell built from a seamless or seam welded pipe or from a closed-end tube, for a variety of applications involving longer length, and those involving special metallurgy often in vessel applications, as well as for critical process conditions. One such example is the use of recrystallized alumina for use in high-temperature furnaces or combustion chamber applications.
